Laguna’s return to the league is the story of the offseason. By reuniting with Steve and Bryan Soletto and drafting gritty players like Phil Jenkins and Quentin Hodge-Grant, Laguna has created a powerhouse team. Look for the Seminoles to challenge for the title.

5️⃣ Piff State Litty Lions – Captain: Jeremy Gaines

Grade: B-
Jerock leaned on team chemistry with picks like Matt Jones and Michael Casado. While questions surround Matt Jones’ commitment, the team’s chemistry could make them a dark horse this season.

6️⃣ Bincinatti Hellcats – Captain: Ashante Worthy

Grade: A+
The defending champions are running it back with their entire roster intact. After an 11-1 season, the Hellcats remain the team to beat, with proven leadership and chemistry.

7️⃣ Rugrats University – Captain: Nasir Dillard (vacated, replaced by Justin Hans)

Grade: B
Rugrats showed promise with their draft, but post-draft moves have shaken things up. The addition of Justin Hans as captain and QB1 brings stability to the team, while Joey Guff’s arrival adds a dynamic offensive weapon.

8️⃣ Hawaii Green Wave – Captain: Tyler Gabriel

Grade: B-
