With Game of the Week written all over it, this much anticipated rivalry game was a shocker. ASD had just given the Litty Lions a last second heart breaker the week before. To add fuel to the fire 1st round draft pick Jelan Crooms requested a trade just before the trade dead line. Lions and ASD actually agreed in trade where Lions parted ways with their 1st round draft pick Jelan Crooms for ASD 3rd pick Yahsin Calhoun. This move completely shook up the league, and Yahsin made it known immediately; that he took that trade personal. He finished that game with 5 catches and well over 120 yards and a touchdown to help get his team off to an explosive start, holding it down until lions superstar Sterry was able to return from his 1 half suspension. Sterry came in and provided a lot of production immediately with multiple touchdowns and an interceptions to help bury ASD. ASD did as much as they could’ve to keep it competitive but with Logo boy Ashante worthy also having to serve a 1st half suspension as well. ASD fell behind too much too fast to have any chance of a comeback. Piff States #1 defense holds the #1 offense to just 6 points in a statement game that evens the division rivals at 1-1 this season
